Corporate bank account assistance in the UAE
Opening a business account is often the slowest step after licensing. Banks follow strict UAE Central Bank KYC rules and decide every application individually. We help you present a complete, consistent file to the banks most likely to accept your profile.

How we help
A bank-ready application, prepared properly
Most delays and rejections come from missing documents, unclear ownership or a business profile that does not match the licence. We review your situation first, then prepare the file a compliance team expects to see.
- Review of your activity, ownership and expected transactions
- Business profile covering clients, suppliers and countries you deal with
- Document pack: licence, MOA, shareholder IDs, proof of address and source of funds
- Introductions to banks suited to your activity and profile
- Preparation for the bank’s interview and follow-up questions
What we will not promise
No company can guarantee that a bank will open your account, or how long it will take. Approval, minimum balances and fees are decided by each bank. What we can do is remove the avoidable reasons for delay.
Documents
What banks typically ask for
Each bank has its own list. These are the documents most UAE banks request for a new company.
- Trade licence and certificate of incorporation
- Memorandum and articles of association
- Passports, visas and Emirates IDs of shareholders and signatories
- Ultimate beneficial owner declaration (25% or more)
- Proof of residential address for shareholders
- Business plan or profile and expected monthly turnover
- Source of funds and, often, source of wealth
- Contracts, invoices or letters of intent from clients and suppliers
FAQs
Banking questions
How long does it take to open a corporate account?
It depends on the bank, your activity and the complexity of the ownership. Simple profiles can move quickly; complex structures or higher-risk activities take longer. Complete documents are the biggest factor within your control.
Do I need to be in the UAE to open the account?
Most banks ask signatories to attend in person at least once, for identity verification and to sign. Some offer parts of the process digitally.
Can a free zone or offshore company open a UAE account?
Yes, but banks review substance and the purpose of the company closely, and offshore companies face enhanced due diligence.
