FAQs

PRO service questions

What does a PRO do?

A PRO (public relations officer) handles a company’s transactions with government departments — immigration, labour, licensing and others. That includes preparing applications, submitting them through the correct channels and following up until they are approved.

Is it mandatory to use a PRO?

No. Companies can deal with the authorities themselves, often online through UAE Pass. Many choose a PRO service because the procedures, document formats and order of steps are easy to get wrong, and mistakes cost time and fines.

What is an establishment card?

It is the company’s registration with the immigration authority — GDRFA in Dubai or ICP elsewhere. A company needs it, together with a MoHRE labour file, before it can sponsor residence visas.

Do you handle visa cancellations when staff leave?

Yes. Labour and residence cancellations need to be done in the right order and on time, and we handle both.
